We have lived in Allentown our entire lives and have personally invested in the Lehigh Valley for the more than 10 years; our parents have been in the Allentown real estate business for decades more.

We work with you, the seller, personally and always try to find a solution that works for your situation. Ryan began working in real estate ever since he was a little boy. Both his grandfather and father owned real estate in the downtown Allentown area. Starting at a young age, Ryan went with his dad to work on his real estate properties; he asked a lot of questions and never shied away from getting his hands dirty. He continued to develop hands-on real estate experience throughout his years at Northampton Community College and Kutztown University. Upon graduating, Ryan became a licensed real estate agent and began investing in his own real estate. Ryan is married and shares a beautiful baby boy with his wife.

Aziz is not so good with his hands, but is excellent at helping people solve problems! After graduating with a degree in Computer Science & Business from Lehigh University, Aziz joined IBM as a business consultant. His role was to help businesses around the US find and implement end-to-end solutions to their problems. During his time there, he learned that his true passion was not implementing technology solutions, but interacting with people. He enjoyed understanding their objectives, identifying the obstacles in their way, and working together to help them reach their goals. Aziz purchased his first real estate property the year he began working with IBM, and has been investing exclusively in the Lehigh Valley ever since. Aziz lives in Whitehall with his wife and son.
